Exhausted today....

I guessed I really pushed it this week... and the poopy incident didn't help at all. I did teach 2 classes today, which I wld rather not teach on Friday,... and i dressed up in Halloween costume today... I jogged some yesterday.... and I'm just exhausted today. 

I did shower, get dressed and went to eat w/ hubby . I tried to nap but I just couldn't really sleep and the nap didn't help me much. I'm surfing in bed. And it's just been a  rough day. 

But I will go to bed again early tonight and it will be okay. 

Hubby took me to WM and I picked out a much better costume. I think this coming week will be tiring bc halloween week always is.... but it will be fun. I will just have to go to bed early in the evenings. 

Going to watch movies for a while.
