Exercise is trucking along!

Went to the Y 3 times this week, including this morning.  So I am shooting for 3-4 times per week this year of going to the Y.  The other days I have been on Wii Fit Plus, doing my Gazelle, a couple of walks with the dog, etc.  Today is 8 days in a row of 10k steps!  (I am currently at 9100 and it is only 6pm.)  My food has been good all week.  I did eat one donut late the other evening and felt SO guilty about it all night and the next day.  My calories have been 1300 to 1400 per day for a week now. I had a coupon for Chicos (womens clothing store.)  Their sizes are different:  12/14 is a size 2 there.  Then they have a 1.5.  8/10 is a size 1.  So assuming a 10/12 is a 1.5.  My black pants that I had gotten in Florida with my Dad and stepmom were a size 2.  I get compliments all the time when I wear them!  They are like stretchy jeans.  Today, I had a coupon for $25 off and bought a new sweater (Spring Green) and a pair of gray stretchy jeans, size 1.5!  Woo Hoo!  And I looked in the mirror and went "YESSSSS!!!!!"  People looked at me funny and I don't care! I got my hair cut a few weeks ago and have bangs and also got a touch up on my color.  I have had several compliments lately about my hair and a woman from karate didn't recognize me right away and said I look younger.  And several other people came up and said "Are you losing weight?"   So I am saying that this past week was GREAT!  (except for stress at work.)  I am feeling better about myself than I have for a long, long time!  I also bought a really nice necklace and earrings!  Can't wait to have somewhere to wear my new outfit!  Yes, yes, yes!!!  I cannot believe how great it feels to get new clothes!  I have not felt like this in over 10 years!  To look at myself in the mirror and feel like I actually like myself, sort of, LOL!  At least I don't look in the mirror and feel fat and ugly anymore!  A few more weeks I think and I will be in my size 10s.  I actually starting taking some older, and bigger clothes out of the closet and in a bag for Goodwill!
