Exercise

Exercise is really helping me.  I may have muscle groups shutting down, but I am making the remaining ones stronger.  I stretch everyday, exercising everyday does not do that much for you.  You have to give your muscles time to rebuild, so I exercise every otherday.

THEY SAY YOU CAN EXERCISE 3 DAYS A WEEK 30 MIN A DAY .THIS IS WHAT I DO THE BIKE 20 MIN A DAY I HAVE A BIG BALL SO I DO SIT UPS ON THAT 10 OF THEM WHEN EVER I WANT SO IN THE DAY I CAN DO 50 IN ALL. THEN ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER ON DO PUSH UPD LIKE 25 ALL DURING THE DAY MAYBE 50 OF THEM WHEN I\'M SITTING WATCHING TV I LIFT A WEIGHT ONLY TEN POUNDS EVERY OTHER DAY I DONT WORK SO I MAKE THAT MY JOB JUST TRYING TO BUILD UP MY BODY JUST IN CASE I HAVE A FLAIR UP. MUSCLE GET STRONGER IN TIME . AND MAYBE SOME DONT I DONT KNOW EVERY ONE IS DIFFERENT IN THERE MS. SO I JUST JUST GO WITH GOD . LOVE YA APRIL
