Exercise

Exercise is helping, I wanted to make it easier to get up from a chair and now my legs are strong enough to do it without using my arms to push off the armrest(not every chair is going to have an armrest).  I will keep it up even if I can only do a few squats right now.  Sometimes I stand up and my legs buckle to put me right back down again, I just use that as a reminder to exercise more.

Just give yourself a little routine. Not too strenuous to start just consistent and as time goes by then add a little more........When I was younger and studying voice my teacher said I was a soprano....I was certainly an alto. She said \"no your not!\" Well I listened to her. She said, \"the notes that are hard will become easy and the notes that are impossible will only be hard. I have a 3 & 1/2 octave range still to this day. I\'m believing in you ....Be slow on yourself but consistent eventually you\'ll find yourself where impossibilities are possible! May be hard but possible!! Take care my friend....I have faith in you.

A few squats here and there will get you to where you want, but of course you have to be patient, do what you are doing and be aware of what you body handle of course.....(: You\'re doing a great job!!
