Exercise

I exercise because I don't want to have the story of why I broke my arm because I lost my balance and caught myself.  It is now more important than ever to have less weight.  My heart pumping blood through more of me.  My muscles stronger because there is less of me to carry.  My vascular system, lungs, breathing easier because my abdomen is in better shape and there is less of me to carry around.  Your sence of balance comes from more than the semicircular canals in your ears, it is also all of the muscles in your body.  Every second of every moment your body is making minute calculations to activate or not to activate muscle groups in your body to compensate left or right or front to back movements, I need every muscle group to be strong, now, more than ever.

You\'re right....you shouldn\'t neglect those muscles even when the minute brain signals are not connecting like mine right now...I do my total gym even when I\'m not coordinated in my gait the muscles are still able and its very important to keep them up as best as you can... keeps you young and you feel good too....your brain feels good too....keep it up! You\'ll be glad you did!
