Exciting PMDD

So today I went to a naturopathic Doctor! I was just sick of clinic Drs throwing antidepressents and mini tranquilizer meds at me (which I never actually take because when I have, Ive gotten worse or sick). Immediately he mentioned full blood panel to check EVERYTHING. Prior Drs wouldnt even write a prereq for that. So I do a blood test 21 days into cycle then go to Dr app to discuss the findings. Treatments sound pretty good. He mentioned Fiber helps your body flush its self from the negative stuff that can cause buildups that in turn imbalance hormones which is what makes me so crazy 8 to 10 days before my period. Whats a glass of medimucil in the morning if your diet isnt 100% on point! Other suppliments will probably be required. natural! If my hormones really are out of wack to the point that suppliments dont really surffice the theres the bio identical topical creams that are custom made to fit. So no excess stuff going through my body. Thankfully todays Dr app landed on a day I feel like I have energy and somewhat clear thinking. Hope is here and I feel so excited, relieved and thankful that I could cry.

I suppose the only down side to all this is that blood panel is $112 without coverage. My next appointment with this Dr is going to cost me $165 (full exam, history etc) today was a free 15 min. consult. Then additional appointments afterwards will be between $40 to $80 dollars. Luckily, I can swing extra costs even with 5 kids, jujitsu, kickboxing, spring break activites etc etc etc. I think after $317 dollars, ill only be spending $40 in visits every few months. I have no idea how much the natural meds will be! I think the inital costs will hurt. But considering I feel like literally offing myself 2 or 3 times in 5 months time... my childrens mothers LIFE is worth every penny.
