Exam Irregularities in Nigerian Colleges

Students trained in the UK or US are better prepared to manage a patient in a clinic or er even if they might not need read so several books like their Indian counterparts. The books from United Kingdom are intended for medical trainees in the UK. The circumstances are shown like it were in a UK hospital. The National medical books present the American clinic environment and the American patients. For example the administration of trauma attention is shown in American books with the American ambulance service and emergency room circumstance in the mind.

That is not the situation in our country. American books provide more significance to metabolic diseases and congenital conditions which constitute an important disease burden within their countries. Our pupils read the British and American medical textbooks. This can be one reasons why they all want to attend Britain and America! They are not trained to attend an Indian community and see a patient in a Main Wellness Center. They cannot study very much about malaria and epidermis infections which are very popular within our country.

They neither have publications which provide them with exhaustive understanding of the Indian clinical situation nor get the appropriate instruction for Indian scientific practice. We truly need more study on Indian epidemiology and training resources based on that. We hear persons talking about training our graduates to 'international standards' ;.They demand that our experts must be able to go to any state in the world and survive. The percentage of Indian medical graduates planning abroad will soon be less than one percent. Should we be developing our medical curriculum to simply help these less than 1% to attain their particular objectives?

Number state in the world must plan their education programs to coach their students to get abroad. We truly need medical practioners to offer our citizens. We would like many medical practioners to offer in rural India. It's insane to share 'international standards' when what we truly need is really a true 'Indian standard' ;.Still another major disability for the Indian scholar is that he has to understand medicine in a international language. The JAMB Form way to learn technology or Medicine is to master in one's mom tongue. Which will produce the training process intriguing and help to produce research thinking.

Every American, whether German, Spanish, German or European studies Medicine within their mother tongue. China, China and also a small state like Thailand offer medical training in their mom tongue. It is just a possibility. It is practical. The only real opposition could be which our students can't get abroad and work. That's a boring excuse. To start with allow the medical graduates not head to abroad at all, leaving our country. If they want to move to a different place talking a different language for instruction they need to do exactly what the Asian, the Japanese and the Russians are doing.
