i am looking for a house or mobile home for the guy that lost his leg and we are fostering his daughter's kitty (he is raising two kids, ages 9 and 7 and has only one leg and they may amputate the other leg as well. he was in a car accident. omg!)
he doesn't know this yet. i called e and told him, i actually have THREE clients that need the same thing, real estate under 75,000, preferably a house (two of the three have foreclosures). then i remembered i have TWO OTHERS who need real estate but only 2005 built and up. (i used to think like that too, then i got bored with new stuff and prefer things with "character", instead of comfortably numb.) I don't remember being that absent-minded before the car accident. what a mess. need to call and get on it. then i remember that m wanted to do a reverse this year and she also has a mobile home with bad payers in the same park that this guy wants to buy in. could work. i called the office and the mls is down anyway and not sending out properly, also that agent always leaves when there is events of any sort. a lot of people do that.
the guy without his leg is actually better off in a double wide mobile because mobile homes are built for people that are disabled. its easier to get around in them. "luxury" parks with swimming pools and broadwalks and less headaches (some of those ARE very pretty and have club houses and events etc., kind of like a little village). i learned about mobiles when i hurt my own leg and stayed at richard's every week. pleasant surprise actually. learned why mobiles are so popular with retirees (you find other things, life isn't just one way).
ideally, he should have a three bedroom because he has kids so a double wide is best. wish i knew more about mobiles. it can't be anything that needs care or work - too many headaches, though he is probably handy as he was a service manager at a car dealership.

at the new house, he shouldn\'t have hired the people he hired to work on it. but the people i hired were regular contractors and their pick up was broken into at that house by two women and later a man. there has been more than one missing rescue. if this continues, it explains why there is FIVE empty houses on that street. the whole street will end up empty if there are assholes on that street. the whole point of buying where its unincorporated is to have animals. wth?
\"the man\'s kitty got out when i was leaving for up north yesterday, i\'m writing this on Sunday, is my guess. when i got back today, i can\'t find the kitty. of any kitty to be missing it has to be that one!
then i noticed the tortipoint that was poisoned and got well, was missing this morning at the other house. supposedly either the guy next door or around the block has the kitty. want to see the surveillance film for that. how about let it out so it can come back where it belongs. also the seal point balinese is missing. we are about to do a siamese ad and i have to deal with this? grrrr. i\'ll need to go do a walk through and if we have bad people at the new house block then at the very least i\'ll need to collar the kittens with my number on it, though collars are dangerous. got very little sleep because of dealing with all this.
Maybe its time for people to realize people in the arts, public people in general - these people are human beings. Why don\'t you KNOW that?
today is 3/26/2015, turns out the couple behind my neighbor HAVE THE KITTEN!! they put an ad up free to good home (not a safe thing to do) and a photo and i recognized it and the house. yay me. wish i saw it sooner. now i can call j and m tomorrow and make appointments etc. been avoiding it. was hoping something like this would happen. i asked at church as well. also saw the sister of dominic. she said they were giving the grey tiger pills that made it better. the couple took it to a vet. but now the pills are gone. i can get more pills. it was comfortis. we don\'t normally use it. have no idea if you can crush it into the food? and an antibiotic, they don\'t know which one, so not just the cream.
glad this day turned out okay. very strange day.
