Evening Out a bit
Today I wasn't as mood swingy as yesterday. I made sure to take my medication on time and everything. I take my meds daily, and the night pills at the same time every night (9:30pm). The morning pills get taken between 9-11am. I did have therapy again today, which went well. We keep going over time on therapy because we are talking and having fun. LOL it was the funniest thing today. We were talking about how Geo and I need to get out of the house and maybe taking Angela (our cat) for a walk, and we were talking about how to keep the other cats away. I said use a water sprayer and she made a water-gun motion and said "Angela, I got your back!" I almost died laughing!!! It was priceless. Other than that, she wants me to work on getting out more often, and to spend some quality time with Geo. I told her I wanted to work on my relationship with him, so that kinda was the focus of today.
Sleep was kinda weird. Last night I had trouble falling asleep... I was tired, but I had to take some klonopin to actually get to sleep. I woke up at 5am, and Geo was still up playing video games. I did manage to get back to sleep and woke up at 8am, when I had to get up to get to therapy. I came home and took a nap for about an hour and a half.
On my way home today from therapy, I got caught in a thunderstorm. It gets pretty stormy afternoons here, and I decided I wanted to walk home to burn some more calories, so I started walking home and the storm hit. I walked to the library which was pretty close, and just waited the storm out there. I read a Stephen King short story while I was there, it was called "Morality". Very interesting... makes you think. I like that about books. I just wanted something short to read while the storm passed, and it was perfect.
Food: Today I had some Thai food on a whim after therapy... oh my god! I didn't realize how many calories there were in Thai food! I ate my entire daily calories in one meal! I don't think the Chipotle across the street would have been better... next time I know to go to Wendy's and get a chili and a salad instead. That was just crazy! I got home and put my calories in Sparkpeople.com and my jaw dropped. Now I know not to go there for food again unless it's a really special occasion.

Wow that is amazing about the Thai food! What did you have? I guess it is all the coconut milk.
Glad the therapy is going well x
The therapy sessions seem to be positive and so does your mood, that is all a good sign that the depression was just a temporary things, yea! The Thai food, OH YEAH! gotta love it.
I had Pad Thai which apparently is fried somehow. I didn\'t know that. When I make it, I just let the noodles set in the water and then add the sauce with the chicken. In restaurants, they fry the noodles after they are soft.
