Evening 12/23/2013

Two Aleve to help dull the chronic pain this evening. I'm praying for a Christmas miracle to help easy this pain without the need to meds. Perhaps someday I will be free of this pain.
Mentally I had a decent day. The light exercise seemed to help. I'm going to do my best to live as normal a life as possible. I'm off work until Jan 2nd so I'm hoping to make some small headway into making things a bit better.
I just hope my life doesn't become a shell filled with pain meds and Prozac. Only time will tell I suppose...
