Errrrr...
I get so tired of this merry-go-round. It's not so merry, just round and round.
My joints might not hurt as bad if I lost some weight.
I might lose more weight if I exercised.
I would exercise more if I didn't hurt so bad.
I'd eat more salad and less crackers and cheese if my stomach wasn't always so sick from the pain pills.
I don't feel very peaceful when I'm hurting.
I have been trying to hurt less by disassociation.
It is hard to disassociate from myself when I have to be present at work.
While going through labor you know it is not going to last forever. While battling cancer you know that you have a good chance of winning, being cured, feeling as good as new. With this there is no end, no victory dance.

Aww!!! I\'m sorry you are feeling so bad. Think positive, THERE IS VICTORY!! Life is your Victory!! Granted you\'re life is not like those around you but trust me someone is worst off. Be Thankful for Life and know in your heart that a brighter day is just around the corner. Feel better and take it easy.....hugs and prayer for you
Hey hon, I\'d be there to wrap my arms around you if I could but alas all I can offer is words. Those grey clouds such as you describe sneak up on all of us at some points in time, but, you still have the most important starting point to make things better. You\'re still alive & kickin (so to speak) & from your words the will power to make things better is there. What might help make things not so overwhelming is to make a sort of to do list to get things going better but start real slow, make the first few items on the agenda things you can easily achieve which will build confidence & you can gradually work yourself up fr there.
After I got out of the hospital for my lupus I knew I wanted to start somewhere so I did alot of investigating & found this 1 hr exercie class from our arthritis foundation. It was very gentle & easy & alot of the exercises could be done sitting down yet it was thorough. I\'ve worked my way up fr there, one baby step at a time. So maybe think of some of the goals you want to achieve & investigate into options for getting there.
