Erica Is Home For The Week

Erica's husband Chris flew her home Tuesday morning then that same night he flew back to NJ where they live on base. Chris has his single engine airplane license. She wanted to come home earlier then him so she would have more time with me. Now today he will be driving here from NJ to NH..They wanted to have their car here for the week..Chris's mom picked me up to have lunch with our kids, it was really nice...Then after Chris took off back to NJ., Erica and I spent the evening highlighting and cutting her hair, it was so nice to spend the time with her, it made her happy, which made me happy..The next day we went to the beach, it was so hot and humid, the water was really warm for ocean water here on in NH, its usually to cold for me. It was so hot we could only take 2 1/2 hrs there.. We went in the water twice, I could of spent the whole day in the water if floats were aloud. Anyway we went home took showers and a nap together..I got a headache after waking up from a nap and was wiped out already cuz the night before I was up until 2:00am.. I would of already had 4 hrs of sleep other wise.....
 
OK, Here it goes last night I had told her it was alright for her to make plans don't worry about me...So needless to say my night was another 2:00am night.. Earlier that night Erica had talked to a friend of hers, Jen, NOT ONE of my favorites...She took my moms car to "The Jade Palace" a Chinese place about 4 miles from my house.. The Bar is where some off her friends go to meet up with one another..BEFORE Erica left she told me she was going up to the jade palace to meet Jen for a drink, I asked her if she wanted me to drive her up, then pick her up?? She says "Oh No I am only going to be gone 45 minutes to an hour CUZ her other friend Ashley who hates Jen, was going to meet Erica back home here...Now its been a couple hours and I looked out the window and saw head lights out in my driveway. I walked outside and it was Ashley waiting for Erica to go to the beach and watch the fireworks. I asked her if Erica was on her way home, Ashley called her and Erica was still at the bar with Jen, I knew Erica had a few to many drinks to drive..Just hearing her as Ashley was talking to her on the phone, we moms just know our kids..SO, I jumped in Ashley's car and said tell her I am coming  with her to get the car so she wouldn't drive..I hopped in the car with NO Shoes On, knowing it was only a 4 mile drive.. DIDN"T want to waste time getting my shoes..Ashley and I pulled in the parking lot Erica comes out with Jen, OHHH I just want to give Kelly a hug, which is me, O'BOY there is nothing worst to have to listen to a drunking girl say how much she missed me, dadadadada!! Now Erica throws me the keys to the car and takes off with Ashley in a hurry... I got into my moms car, THE KEYS WEREN'T THE KEYS TO MY MOMS CAR...NOW I"M STANDING IN THIS PARKING LOT WITH THE WRONG kEYS, NO SHOES, MY HAIR WASN'T DONE, I HAD NO MAKE-UP ON, I HAD A T-SHIRT ON WITH STRETCHEY WHITE CARPRI PANTS ON SOMETHING I COULD WEAR TO BED BUT STILL OK TO WEAR DOING ERRANDS DURING THE DAY TIME. NOT IN A BAR WHERE EVERYONE IS DRESSED BETTER THAN WHAT I HEAD ON... I WOULD OF GONE IN ANYWAY BAREFOOT AND ALL BUT I WAS FURIOUS.. SO I WALKED UP TO THE RESTAURANT AND THERE WERE 2 YOUNG MEN IN THERE EARLY 20'S, I ASKED THEM IF I COULD USE HIS PHONE, I CALLED ERICA'S IPHONE AND SHE WOULDN'T ANSWER, SHE DIDN'T RECOGNIZE THE #....THANK GOD THEY HAD A BENCH OUTSIDE TO SIT ON FOR WHEN PEOPLE CAME OUT TO SMOKE... AT THIS POINT I WAS HAVING FUN TALKING AND LAUGHING WITH THE YOUNG GUYS, SO I ASKED ONE OF THEM TO GO GET THE GIRL IN THE PURPLE SHIRT, JEN....SHE CAME OUT, I HAD HER CALL ASHLEYS IPHONE, ASHLEY WOULDN'T ANSWER EITHER.. sO WE SAT AND TALKED OUTSIDE THE BAR AND SHE WAS TELLING ME ABOUT HER LIVING IN COLORADO FOR A FEW YEARS, SHE TOLD ME HER BOYFRIEND DIED IN BED NEXT TO HER. I said Geeez Jen how are you handling that, she said now I knew a little of what you went through Kelly, I was silent, didn't say much to her, all she would do is yak yak yak!! YA Crazy isn't it...All of a sudden I thought why didn't I think to call home for Lan to bring me the right keys to the car.. OH WOW!! What a great idea...LOL .. Anything better then sitting there talking to her all night, it was ALL ABOUT HER, URRRR...Now Lan pulls up and she had to reach in the car to hug him.. He said what happen, I SAID I'LL TELL YOU WHEN I GET HOME... When I got home he said he didn't even know I left the house, haha, he was so into watching tv..Leaving me alone so I could spend my time with my daughter, hahaha....Well anyway I got a taste of what was in the past and I could not go through all that BS again.. Erica has been gone for 4 years living a life with friends who are in the Airforce along with her awesome husband...Now Erica doesn't feel good today, she needed a little taste of what was and does she want to go back there, NO WAY!!! Now she will be rested up for Chris when he gets here tonight..Thank God he will be here soon....I needed to vent!!!! Thank you for listening my sweet loving friend who truly understands, Love everyone of you, even though I'm not as active on here I do care and so glad I have a place to go and vent....Just relaxing today, yesterday was enough SUN for me for a couple days....Hugs and Kisses to All of you, Kelly
