ok  so we won the ball game,  my son did not get to play but he did learn a few lessons                          ALWAYS BE PREPARED WELL IN ADVANCEhad to take a belt to him at the last second, he had forgotten his belt                         NOT PLAYING< DOESN"Y MEAN YOU CAN"THELP starting LB broke his chinstrap, my son offered up his,  he does know how to share lol  Im not sure if he made any decisions regarding the obligatory celebration rituals his father took part in, but he did spend a great deal of time with his older brothers this weekend, HMMMM?     Family, is important, yet family concerns me greatly after this weekend.  Any of you who have followed my journals, know this about me.  I will defend my family to the max.  sometimes even if they are wrong.   All of my family attended the game Friday night, cept the boys. one is in NewOrleans working down power, the other is in KC,  Not one member of her family showed their faces.  Bitter know way,  Monday night in a game which he would play in, not one member of either of our families showed up.  I feel bad for my son and dissappointment in my folks. They chose instead to attend a B-day party for a non-family member.  Mother and I were both there, and that may be all that attend his HS football games,  doesn't mean they don't care, but it still hurts, and maybe it hurts me more.      STAY LOW HIT"EM HARD AND FAST< DON"T STOP TIL THE WHISTLE BLOWS  could be Im drawing a parallax  from football to life, a face in the stands can never know the feelings in the heart when your on the field
