Enthusiasm is not my... enemy? Hmmm!

Yesterday I narrowly avoided an "unpleasant encounter"... arghhh! I started a conversation with someone that quite rapidly took a very awkward turn... I really should just NOT speak.
Hubby remained completely calm and didn't even freak out which was very good of him since I was unwittingly virtually insulting two guys by being enthusiastic about healthy eating's benefits for reducing adipose fat... OMG! I am so much a dork... I really should NEVER speak.
Anyway, they both took my blunder well and joked and laughed... that was nice of them... eeek! I'm never EVER speaking again...
This is not an isolated incident... I appear to be completely intractable and totally permanently gormless when it comes to communicating verbally... so there it is... back to being mute! That is safer for everyone...

Should I wear a warning label... Enthusiastic Poor Verbal Communicator or start carrying around a notepad and just write to people instead... rofl. sigh. If I had a little whiteboard I\'d just draw random emoticons... lmao... then everyone else could be as confused as me...

I tend to cope a lot better communicating in writing... haven\'t figured out why there is such a difference in my response... but I suspect it is probably because I get very nervous when I\'m NEAR people... I\'d say that is the biggest disadvantage of being dissociated OUT of my body... I don\'t judge the distance from myself to others very accurately... if at all.
