Enthusiasm is contagious
I am finding more and more that I need to be around enthusiastic, energetic, and positive people. Why? Because it's contagious and I need a lot of those three things in my life now. That's why I come here to this site. Everyone here truly gives me Daily Strength! I told David Zid about this site and how wonderful everyone is and the vicarious part it played in my finding him. He loved the name Daily Strength. (surprised? lol) He said by adding exercise to our life we are REALLY getting daily strength! I think he has a point.
A new post on my blog about how David Zid got my husband pumped about exercising and adding daily strength to his life.

I couldn\'t agree with you more CM!!
That is exactly why I come to this site too - well that and to see if I\'m not too way off base in what I\'m doing (I often feel that so it\'s good to connect with others who know exactly what you\'re talking about) but I need the whole positive, enthusuastic approach in my day, couldn\'t manage without it.
I was always a positive, energetic person before all of this, so it\'s obvious that when the dust has settled (from diagnosis) that your true nature bobs back to the surface (thank goodness I thought I\'d lost me for a while there hahaha!)
It\'s easy to see that you are naturally a very positive, enthusiastic and energetic person and for that I thank you. You are very contagious, you give me strength, motivation and a positive energy that picks me up and pushes me on.
