Happy thursday! :) iced tea CHEERS!!! on this nice relaxing, and peaceful thursday :) It's a nice day :) i treated myself to an iced tea with lemon, and put some dvds on today, after tending our plants :) reflecting back upon the week, and looking forward to our super fun, baking friday adventure tomorrow :) i cooked some cabbage soup :) my mom wants us to bake some zuchinni bread for baking friday tomorrow :) i looked up some recipes today :) this morning, one of our local news channels was over in Historic Norwichtown, for a special "Gil on the green" event :) it's a cool tradition, WTNH channel has :) i've been enjoying some time online, took some new pictures of our plants, and had some phone calls today :) Tomorrow's baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's almost time to bake! bake! bake! :)
Hi angel friends! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a wonderful day :) We think of you all often :) it's a nice relaxing, and peaceful thursday :) This morning, we had some beautiful new morning glory flowers that blossomed in our garden, next to our driveway :) we also have gourds plants growing wild, in that same garden area too :) it's such a pure joy, to see the plants flourishing, during these golden days of summer :) i saw a happy bumble bee pollenating the gourds plant blossoms this morning :) it's been a big growing week, for the plants :) with the sunshine, and hot/humid weather, the plants have been super mega growing, into these golden days of the summer gardening season :)
It was a great morning, to begin the day :) my sister Lisa and niece Alyssa went to mcdonalds to get some treats :) they picked up a nice unsweetened iced tea, with lemon for me :) cheers! :) it's become one of my favorite summer time treats :) It was an exciting morning for our city, as WTNH channel visited historic, Norwichtown this morning, for their weekly special, "Gil on the Green" :) they showed up very early there this morning, after 5am, i had the WTNH channel on, my mom and Lisa were up too, and they showed Gil Simmon's, our local meterologist reporting there, and people began to show up, even before sunrise :) They had a dunkin donuts stand there, with free donuts, coffee, and the iced coffee mascot, dancing around the green, over by where the norwichtown mall is :)
It was cool, to see them there, on the news :) it's right down the road from us :) They had a scavenger treasure hunt, and interviewed people who showed up on the green. :) it's awesome, that they visited our city :) we hope they will visit our city again next year :) maybe next year, we'll go to it :) i checked in on our plants this morning too, as i put lots of goodies around our yard, for our wonderful nature animal friends :) The birds, and squirrels are very happy :) our plants are doing great, growing, and flourishing with the golden days of summer :) we have some more gourds growing, and we also have lots of string beans growing :) Mikey's gonna help me pick some more string beans :) he really loved the bag of string beans i gave him, the other day :)
These times in the gardening season, are some of the best :) i gave our plants a nice mega soaking with the water nourishment today, around late morning :) i want to keep them nicely replenished :) i'm gonna pull some weeds from the gardens, this upcoming weekend, with a really good refreshing of the gardens, as we gear up, for the countdown to the month of september arriving :) We still have, over 30 sunflowers, that will be blossoming :) plus, lots more flowers, and all of the goodies we have to harvest :) it's a thrilling time, in the season, and so much more, to look forward too :) We're enjoying sharing our garden with everyone :) It's been an incredible season :) i love spirit dancing with the sunflowers and plants, as i walk into our gardens, and taking pictures to share :) i feel like a sunflower out there, and solar powered by that sunshine, it really energizes me, and i gain energy from the plants, it's so nice, to be enjoying the season :)
It's been a big week, with lots going on :) Holly and i had a great ghost hunters party last night, and looking forward to watching most haunted tomorrow night, and some cool videos on youtube, on saturday night :) my dad's been having a big work week, at the print shop, working in the bindary, and Kayla and Taylynn have been enjoying their final week of their summer vacation : )They return back to school, next wednesday. They've had an awesome summer, including many trips to the amusement park, birthday party's, swimming, a visit to the ice skating rink, and lots more, including buying ice cream from the ice cream truck :) Definitely a summer to remember, and lots more great times to look forward too :) We've got a fun baking friday adventure planned for tomorrow :) We love our adventures, and sharing them with everyone :)
We're enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful thursday :) my family and ia re doing well, and are in great spirits :) Today for lunch, i enjoyed some cabbage soup, and zuchinni :) lunch was delicious! :) after tending our plants today, i put some dvds on, "the walking dead", season 3 episodes :) The NFL football season is approaching, preseason is currently taking place, and the regular season, officially begins, in September :) i look forward to cheering on my favorite team, the Washington Redskins, all season :) i signed up for NFL.com fantasy football league :) i've been participating on there, since 2004 :) it's awesome, and fun :) it's a really nice day, enjoying my iced tea, and had some nice talks on the phone :) We're gearing up for baking friday tomorrow :) i'll take lots of pictures of our adventure, to share with everyone :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP HAPPY SUNFLOWER HUG :) There's many more great things to look forward too, with family, friends, and nature :)

SUMMER SUNSHINE DAYS! :) i enjoyed tending our plants today, i gave them a good watering :) it's an amazing time, in the season :) i picked some string beans, a tomato, and i also took some new pictures to share with everyone :) the sunflowers are soaking up the sunshine :) smiling and shining :) it's a really nice week, for the plants, and their incredible journey's :) they are growing absolutely sweet summer wild! :)
