Hi angel friends! :) Warm cozy friendship hugs, sent with our love, from our hearts, and home to yours :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a nice day :) We've been resting up today, and gearing up for potential big snowstorm coming up the coast. the latest updates, mentioned a good amount of snowfall we may be recieving on saturday. We're monitoring the storm updates, enjoying a nice day today :)we wish everyone warmth, and safety, as the winterstorm makes it way up here. it's sunny here today, and our nature animal friends have been enjoying gathering goodies :) i put double the amount of goodies outside for them :) they love to stock up on the goodies, during winter season :)
It's been very active in our yard this week :) There's some happy woodpeckers, that have been visiting our yard :) the woodpeckers are very unique :)i spot them in the trees, and they have this cool way of backing downwards, from the tree branches, to gather goodies :) i see one of the woodpeckers peeking at me, and comes down the tree branch a little more, and more, and then gather goodies :) i've been taking in lots of beautiful nature sights like that, this week :) i love it! :) There's been lots of sparrows visiting too, and they all love to line up along the fence, where it's very sunny, in the bird sanctuary in our yard :) i love being in those direct golden beams of warm sunshine too :) it helps me keep warm, during my nature walks :)
It's been a good, balanced week, with lots of nature, writings, and also keeping active, busy each day :) i've been continuing to do really well, with my healthy eating, exercising more this week :) i'm thrilled that i've lost 4 pounds so far, and have maintained a good balance with both healthy eating, and exercising :) our health is so important, and going into the new year, my family and i wanted to achieve good health, and working hard toward it :) Kayla, Taylynn, Lisa, and Alyssa were recently under the weather, but are on the mend. :) Their medicine is helping them :) We're so glad, and thankful :) Kayla was able to return to school. :) my mom and dad have been doing well too :)
i've been keeping in touch with lots of friends this week, touching base, on how friends are doing, and also Holly and i have been having some fun party night's :) we watched a comedy movie on tuesday night, and watched ghost hunters last night :) we're planning a fun championship sunday football party too :) 2 big games on sunday, Patriots vs Broncos and Panthers vs Cardinals :) the winning teams advance to superbowl 50 :) my mom has been talking about making some nice homemade baked beans with bacon, that she loves to make for superbowl sunday each year :) it's gonna be awesome :) we have some friends who are fans of the Patriots, Panthers, and Cardinals, so it's gonna be even more exciting, to see which teams do advance, and go on to win the superbowl :) We'll be having a superbowl themed baking friday adventure the friday before the superbowl :)
Prayers Request. my family and i have a prayers request, for our dear friends Judy (Ladybug7), her husband Denny, and their family. Judy shared the sad news with us all, that her mom passed away. it's a devastating time for them, and very sad news. our condolences, and sympathy go out to Judy, Denny, and their family during these sad times. we all are like a family here on ds. Please keep Judy, Denny, and their family in your prayers. Thank you angel friends. DS is very special, and the friendships we share, getting to comfort, and uplift eachother.
We're enjoying a nice peaceful day :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) today for lunch, i enjoyed corn, and some cabbage soup with sweet potatoes, and carrots :) it was really delicious :) i treated myself to a fruit parfait from mcdonalds this morning, those are really good :) It's a nice sunny day today, it's amazing how sunny it is, but snow is coming. we are continuing to check the weather reports, and it's possible we could recieve 12 inches or more, of snowfall into saturday. Tomorrow's baking friday :) we've got a cool, winter time themed adventure planned :) We love sharing our baking friday adventures with everyone :) tonight, Holly and i are going to watch some videos on youtube :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are so wonderful, and very nice, and sweet :) We deeply apprciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM COZY FRIENDSHIP HUG :) there's many more great things to look forward too, with family, friends, and nature :)
