Emotions in motion

A lof of emotions are cyclical for sure.  I am dealing with a lot of excitement as a result as being "outgoing" and going to my support groups and sharing today, and so much last week, and upcoming speaking date this week.  I am having a hard time with being around people who I sense to be judgemental, I guess if you spot it you got it.  Anyway super protective of myself during this breakup.  It's like what do they know, what have they heard, why are they not looking me in the eye.  HUMILITY.
Grateful for reading It's called a breakup because it's broken (again).  I am reminded of his friends/ my friends.  One of "his friends" reached out with an invitation to me, and it totally touched my heart I wanted to cry.  Anyway I will go.
Already have a crush, love addiction.  Saw my soon to be ex bf's truck today and it got me thinking a little.  I was grateful I was able to go to meetings without running into him today.  The date is coming for the month of separation I asked for to be up and it's time for me to give him the news that I don't want to get back together.  Someone told me he looked sad, that didn't help.  Still deciding a day at a time if I'm going to meetings where he is, and a little pulled by the crush guy, who wasn't there (good)

Protecting yourself is so good - I\'m learning to do just that - know what to speak with whom and stop exposing myself to people who won\'t empathize. Honoring your feelings takes a lot of courage and faith - and you are doing just that.

I find I get pulled back into addiction just before I\'m about to take some courageous action. Personally, it\'s sucking the life out of me. I hope you can face your challenges head on. Take care of yourself.
