Emotional Support
I think it is extremely difficult to understand how someone feels or what they are going through unless you have gone through it yourself. My husband is the greatest man ever however when it comes to illness or death in the family or anything he can't fix he doesn't know what to do so he is not good at emotional support. I do have my mom who is my best friend and has supported me through so much stuff so I am so lucky and blessed to have her. Also, when you are going through hard times you find out who your true friends are. I have two friends who have checked on me everyday through tests, fear, and diagnosis.
I worry about the folks out there dealing with this that have no emotional support or no one who will listen. It is a lot to deal with and of course your life still goes on with all it's other stuff. I have not declined to the level that I have read so many are at and kind of feel guilty for still feeling half way decent which is weird I know. I guess I just feel for everyone dealing with this thing.
So, whoever reads this maybe years down the road please know that you are being prayed for, I'm praying for everyone dealing with this Pseudotumor Cerebri.
