Emotional Roller-coaster
Just when I thought I had got through my low day yesterday..life came along and kicked me down again.
I'm SO tired of being on this roller-coaster ride...feeling really negative and I am starting to withdraw from all the people around me because I don't want to be a burden 2 days in a row. I'm fully aware how draining negative people are and I can't bring anymore people down with me...
I'm usually so bubbly and happy and I love making people laugh but now I just can't smile...I don't want to talk to anyone that's around me...I just want to be alone, I just want to sleep and stop the thoughts.
Days like this I really wish I was someone else...

Hugs and prayers.
On the days I would like to be anybody but me, I indulge in shape-shifting fantasies. Is it telling that those fantasies seldom shift into human form? Like I *really* want to be anything but human? Humans are such complicated critters. . . Complicated enough to have --and need-- a full range of emotions, from the *positive* to the *negative* with a rich variety tween the extremes.
I doesn't know but I does believe emotions, too, need balancing. Too much sweet rots the teeth. Too much gloom brings on doom.
I must be okay with my own humanity today. Today's indulgence finds me as a dashingly human river pirate.
Hugs and prayers Sweetie
