emotional meltdown
I took my son to the high school and scheduled his finials next week, unloaded the truck and back to the rental. I just got an email from my attorney with a list of items my wife wants to take from the house.....and that did it... Items we bought together, her suicide bed, and some smart allic jabs. It just hit me. I am balling. She knew the way to get at me knowing it would 15 frincking miles away. the emotional pain is intense.

I am so sorry. Divorce-the gift of pain that keeps on giving.
I am sorry to hear that you had a meltdown, but I will tell you that it\'s a lot HEALTHIER to let those tears come than to stuff them down. My therapist told me early on in the divorce process \"Your pain is intense. Experience it and be with it; that way you will be done with it sooner rather than later. As for your X -- his pain will come albeit a long way down the road and it will be 1,000 times worse!\" I sort of took that to heart and never wished the pain on him, but I know he is suffering now...5 years post divorce he is that lonely old man he used to talk about becoming. Too bad. So sad. Take care of yourself, my friend. You will get through and beyond this!
I\'m sorry you had a setback, but you\'ll be ok. They don\'t call it a rollercoaster for nothin.
Let it all out...
Thanks guys. Up and down spin me round. She wants to sell everything as of this afternoon. I told my attorney no. It will get divided that way if her pricing is off I don\'t have to hear about it. Now I am pissed
Oh pissed is good too! It will keep you going on some adrenaline! Hugs and sorry it was a shitty day.

Hang in there, the ups & downs are hell, but we will get past them!
My counselor said you gotta feel the pain to get through it so let those tears roll.
Sending loads of hugs!
