emontinal feeling gauge idea and other stuff

there should be one for not shure/not discribeable/someplace betewwn
for some resion i keep bumping into them sicuatioi dont get why DS did not intale such possibilitys
any how  my over all day was ok
tho seemd rather short
i do tend to find  this common so its ok
 as of right now from the moment im typing this im currently hurting on my back and  a bit gassy what thros me off is i wasnt expexting the gass till tomarrow lol
im aslo curious about if theres any alternitives to back pain other then pain meds and messager cushion i have  i cant use em for ever
