Dealing with a little moodiness this time of month, irritability and oversensitivity. Plodding along with making my tie dyes and selling them to some aquaintances. Dealing with a bit of the blahs, feeling run down. Time with new BF seems to take a lot out of me since I tend to introvert. Went to church with him and a couple other friends last night, really enjoying the fellowship. Found out my aunts mate of many years, who in the last year legally became my uncle, died after battling with prostate cancer. It is so odd how when I tell people someone died, they often don't say anything. My aunt was very nice to me about it, the other people in my life now, my family and my bf and the couple friends I told, not knowing what to say I suppose.
I am dealing a little with one friend who I got the feeling wasn't listening to my msgs since she didn't hear that uncle had died or gotten my 2nd msg, anyway she wanted a favor and I said yes then changed my mind and "over explained" my reasoning, forgetting "no" is a complete sentence. It brought up a lot for me to deal with that situation. Anyway at least I said no, I am dealing with wanting to limit myself a bit with activities in my fatigue, and trying to be more frugal with spending since my unemployment may have run out?
Got off to an odd start, slept in and didn't start day with yoga, feeling too pulled to "manage" home life responsibilities that are not soley mine, neglecting real job hunt, stuck on being "carless", feeling overwhelmed by the tie dye demonstration I am doing next week for a friend and some kids, she is paying me for. I know it's a blessing I am just struggling a little with feeling energized, easily overwhelmed and anxious. God's word, mediation, yoga comfort me.

I\'m sorry for your loss, Loved1. I think a lot of people are overwhelmed by death and don\'t know how to deal with someone telling them a loved one died, especially if they haven\'t experienced that. It\'s nice that you\'re giving yourself space to feel the way you feel right now.
Good for you for stating your boundary with your friend! I can really relate to the jobless blah anxiety situation! But now I get the overworked, overwhelmed, anxiety situation, it\'s much better lol ;). Just kidding, it really does feel good to get moving. And also now I can look back and appreciate that that was really a blessed time, where I had lots of opportunity to look deeply into myself and think about what I wanted to do next. Yoga is amazing, isn\'t it!? Bless you for giving it to yourself!
