Elton John!

On Friday, my boss gave me 2 free tickets to see Elton John at Madison Square Garden! (He got them for free, too & he had just seen him a few nights before.) So last night, my husband & I took the train into the city & walked to MSG. Great show! It was fun to hear all the songs I grew up with, as well as witnessing Elton’s incredible talent on the piano. The concert was 3 hours, so it was a VERY late night, but that’s okay.
 
Kids took good care of themselves & even made sure the dog “did his business” before going to bed. Our neighbor was home, “just in case”, so I had piece of mind there. Plus I glanced at my phone every so often to see if there was a missed call or message.
 
So over all, it was a good time. Just very tired today!
