When we questioned what we were paying for said he’s a professional and they have a business to run and if we get the unit replaced with them, we’d get $100 off. Called the office and was refunded the $100 as they could see we had not been provided with the service that was quoted. Had I not called to question it, Kevin would have happily ripped us off. You could certainly recognize the forward planning for the day to ensure the project ran smoothly. Would engage these guys for any future works that's for sure, highly recommend. Booked a full service of our ducted heating system and was told this included checking all ducts and an hour of work. Told us it was in bad condition with cracks and will need replaced.
