either i'm getting sick or the accident made me ill, sleeping a lot, and not okay
i look healthy, but i feel awful. super tired (is it post-traumatic from the car accident?) or is it a bug from being at the hospital and picked up something? coughing just a little and a bit of a sore throat, just a bit. and a fever, which i guess is why my eyes hurt.
calling about cars but hardly any call backs? need to find wholesalers numbers for all this or just get lucky or find out how getting a salvage title goes. as in florida they take alllll cars even if they still drive. weirdest law i ever heard. in the north they give you a check and you are done to sort it out at your own speed. much less stress that way.
my neck and back hurt like hell. i have vision troubles on my right eye. what the hell did i do? i have to go to an orthopedist next. wonder if they feed strays and want to do rescue as a hobby? lol.
one person can care for ten people, but ten people can't take care of one person. i am mostly getting a lot of ribbing about the accident. i know its all in good cheer and its the holidays, except i'm in pain over here. no let up at work at all. grrrrr. and more crap from one of the idiots that always makes up crap - he is an ssi kind so i can't do much about it. but his lies cause a LOT of other trouble and he always bullies anyone who is new or tries to "snow" any new managers we get. i've actually screamed at this guy occasionally and i don't do that normally, so anything he does to me, its behind my back. how nice of him. i'm also his boss ... though lots of people trash bosses behind their backs or roll their eyes at them... whatever. then i have the other bosses, laughing and its like i know, its part of it, i already get that. what happens when you become a supervisor is anyone else who was up for it, wants to kill you and basically make a lot of trouble for you. the jealousy thing. that goes on for about a year. then when people seem relieved that you aren't a maniac who is going to bully them and make their lives miserable and fire everyone in sight every chance they get, it calms down a bit. the ones more in need watch their p's and q's a lot and the others in a better economy would simply be fired. our pay is low so you can't be picky. we are actually lucky we are still standing. people back me up 99 percent of the time and the trouble makers are always the same people, so i'm not really complaining. i just don't feel well.
anything i eat today, just lies in my stomach. glad i didn't turn my car in yet, because i feel like hell. this is no time to be car shopping or doing anything creative with money.
also discovered, we can purchase our own debts for pennies on the dollar. people should know this. either open a collection company by registering as a business for $30 or simply call your credit card companies and request to purchase the debt of YOU. that is AMAZING! there was an article on line about it.
ditto with the car. someone says to me, its running perfect why give it to them. you HAVE TO, because its smashed in. but they have this thing called a salvage title. you locate where they brought it and purchase it as though for parts. i have the key. putting a running car in a compactor is RIDICULOUS. i can't think straight enough right now to actually figure anything out with this. i think most of what is bothering me is from my back anyway.
i put louie on albon today and plan to bring georgia to have her ear looked at on monday. or maybe both animals. would love to know how i'm doing all this when i don't feel well. i also think i'm dragging and need a genuine week off (hard to do with a new area supervisor who keeps pouncing to make trouble. he is here six months and is like a rhino in a china shop, so if he knew i was away, have no idea what he'd end up DESTROYING. omg! he's also done stuff behind my back to countermand things here, and everyone told me about it and then called our main office to complain about it. if he isn't careful he is about to lose the company huge accounts. what a jerk. his excuse is, he is new to it. well, if you are new, you go with the flow for the first YEAR just like everyone else does, and when you get a feel for it, then start changing things but only if it NEEDS changing. if its not broke don't fix it jerk. he is the first truly BAD area supervisor we have had here. i think he's nuts. for real. he acts like a pansy-ass. he genuinely believes our "appearance" is more important than the work we do. hmmmm, are we fashion models on a runway, then i don't think so. wtf? i said upper management will laugh in your face if you say that to them, its so dumb. its the dumbest thing i have ever heard ANYONE say ANYWHERE and i have worked in offices my entire adult life. try a different industry. even at closings nowadays, at best we wear a jacket and take it off as soon as the closing is over. that's just the way it is. he started talking about ironing and "pressed" clothing. this guy isn't that old, we thought he was, but he's not. he's in his fifties. he actually SAID this, so i said to him, what's an iron? lol).
i can't go to k's for dinner this week. i didn't mention it yet. can't even reach him. what k does when there is an emergency is he hides. wtf. its the main reason he and phil still aren't speaking and they were lifelong friends. one time too many, and that many more emergencies as a person gets older. the truth with that is phil always had tons of money, and if he didn't have money, would k have still been friends with him. i think k actually SAID to phil, that he wouldn't. he said it in jest, but that is a huge sting. he doesn't remember saying it. probably drunk at the time. k would always comment that the entire time he knew phil, and its like 48 years, phil or phil's mother (now deceased) always paid for everything. i was like, but you had money when you had your practice. and k would shrug. generally by the time you hit your 20's and you are the same sex, or just friends, you split the bill in half or ask for separate checks. he DOES know that. k sees it as whoever has more weekly pay should cover it. talk about spoiled. too late now though. that was 4 years ago and still not healed.
generally, j is there for me, except he is completely busted moneywise right now. doesn't matter. i have insurance. but its awkward. he hears the back of my car is smashed and he just stared at me and lit a cigar. j has college bills right now from b, and he has house bills. could be worse. two of my ex's would just LEAVE if there was an emergency and not return until someone else sorted it out - just be a small child way into adulthood, way to go. i really need to study gerontology a little, to understand this part of life. when young and in crashes etc., you think, well all of you are young and don't understand anything yet. not true. its what mikeL says all the time, you already are what you are, and later on its more noticeable because you are an old and cranky person acting like that, but you were always like that to begin with.
hope i find a car soon and i hope i don't get sick(er). the plus side, at least none of these are criminals, that would be worse. people trying to bully or steal from you because they know you are vulnerable at the moment would be worse - been through that as well. or assholes offering you YOUR OWN MONEY that they owe you, that is worse, and generally only part of it, and its YOURS. they are living on YOUR money. that is worse. its pathetic and sickening. always keep a vendetta list.

*hugs* I hope you feel better soon! And get through the drama-llama of your car
It could very well be that you picked up something in the Hospital. I am looking like crap and feeling like crap. I do not know where I picked up this bug. I am so good about washing my hands and using hand sanitizer.
I\'ve not had a cold or flu in15 years. But it is really making up for lost time. :-{
Hope you find a car soon.
xoxo
called on cars, and only about TWO call back. wth? i would think they would want to sell them. time to go to a wholesaler.
