Egg retrieval

Well I finally had my egg retrieval on Sunday (thanks for ruining my super bowl plans) and I am so glad it is over with! Saturday night and Sunday morning I was in so much pain, I could barely walk, no position was comfortable, it was pretty miserable. But for the good news! We got 17 eggs out, 16 of those matured, and 15 of those fertilized!! We won't know until Saturday how many will make it to freeze, so I am trying not to get too excited because we could still come out of this with no embryos. So this is our last chance, our last fresh round...after this we are done. We do still have one frozen embryo left from last time so we were hoping for a few more to boost our chances and possibly having more than one baby but we'll know how it all turns out Saturday. This is going to be a long week.
