Egg Donor
I have an appointment with the doctor next wednesday to discuss my options. One of which is egg donor with IVF. I am debating if I should get a second opinion on this. At my age of 45, my current doctor is reccommending the egg donor route. My first attempt at IVF was cancelled due to lack of eggs.

Donor eggs have a very high rate of success but it\'s a hard decision to make. If my current doesn\'t work I am considering donor eggs. At 37 my quality is the pits. Best wishes!
So sorry about your cancelled IVF cycle. I had my 1st baby at 45... via DE IVF. It was 100% due to age and I am so glad I went to DE... while our 1st attempt with DE we had a BFN, we switched donors and had success with our 2nd donor.. now are very PROUD parents of a beautiful 9 month old son. No matter what, he is totally my son. All the best...
