These competencies will help the employee perform the particular job more efficiently and effectively. The rules are written and established by the company and can't be changed according to an Workers performance. The companies usually provide training to Employees so they can perform their tasks correctly.

Interestingly some companies do not cover these training Courses and thus it's crucial for them to train their Workers on their own. Business leaders know change is inevitable.
