EDUCATED Idiots!!! Spare me!

OK, please bear with me....which is more than I get from the "medical society" professionals. See if you can find the errors in thinking & process ok?  Dr retired, new dr has since refused to write pain meds, now at a pain clinic where I am photographed, pee tested & pills counted.  Yes, I PAY FOR THIS TREATMENT!  Dr stated to my GP dr that they WOULD give me pain meds.  Went today, and was told, are you ready...."Pain meds will make your pain worse because your nervous system is in hyper mode for pain sensitivity." I understand their concern writing pain meds but if I were a true user, I'd be on the corner not at the drs.  I would fail the pill count & pee test. Also, you wise birds need to know that I may not have FM per the "wise dr" above.  Now, after a specialist said YES, this back woods "expert" is telling me maybe I have FM.   Sweet Jesus, Mary & Joseph!!!!! Further,  for my "imaginary issues" that have me at the ER or contemplating suicide from pain, said back woods "expert", with another 2  "experts" to boot, states I should have INJECTIONS IN MY SPINE!  I asked and was told it may help & it may not. Also, I may have a reaction to the injections.  So, do try to follow my thoughts, ok??
1 - If I were a druggie, I would be on the corner not at a dr office.
2 - If I were a druggie, I would fail the pee & pill count test.
3 - If I have to go to the ER and the Real Dr. there gives me PAIN MEDS, odds are I need them and they will help.
4 - They (bw experts) cannot prove I took the pills vs selling them. 
5 - They (bw experts) cannot prove how many of the script I took, 1 or 3x per day!
6 - PAIN MEDS EXACERBATE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM BRINGING MORE PAIN.
7 - The Specialist (Rheumatologist) is wrong and I may not have FM.  Yeah, and the testing is able to prove this? NO.   Therefore, I am not disabled and just "faking" it. So, the SPINAL INJECTIONS or TRIGGER POINT INJECTIONS are necessary.  These may or may not help, but God forbid I be given pills! I have references that I am not a pill head and the pain gets so bad suicide looks good.
Now, hubby as well as I, am sick of trotting to dr after dr.  I must prove I'm not a druggie and I am in pain.  This is where I was 12 years ago BEFORE dr wonderful got me leveled out.  He has now retired and I get to do the medical mumbo jumbo dance for new "experts".
OK, that's where I am. Argh!  Can't live and can't die....what do the "experts" call that?  Oh, it must be OCD because I can't focus on anything except how to stop the pain and be more mobile.
