Eating cookies
Well, I seem to be doing good with my exercise. I exercised for an hour last night and 1/2 hour this morning. However, I'm struggling with my food again. I know it's stress. I accepted a promotion at work, which will have me supervising employees among other new responsibilities. I'm hoping now that the salary has been secured (happily) and it's a done deal, my stress level will start to decrease as well as the bad food choices I've been making. I also think all the chocolate I ate in England, and there was plenty (lol)... has caught up with me. Even though I'm exercising more, I feel like I'm getting fatter. Ugh... it's so frustrating.

WOW - you are exercising up a storm GOOD ON YOU!
I absolutely understand about the stress eating - I am trying to address that now. I subsitituted the cigarettes 8 years ago for food. It\'s a tough one to overcome and I wish you all the best.
Congrats on the promotion btw.
Sweets will get you everytime.*smile* You probably only feel like you\'re geting fatter because of the food choices you\'re making. I\'m sure you arenot getting fatter. Allow yourself one or two cookies if you are feeling it. It will keep you from binging.
It\'s o.k to have a cookie or two and with all the excercise you\'re doing. you\'ll be fine. I\'m proud of you. Don\'t feel bad. We ALL have to have a cookie or two every now and again.
