The sad thing is, that my dad never got to meet Brynlee. He passed two days after she came home from the hospital. He did get to see pictures of her on Facebook though, not the same, but better than nothing.
Cool I have extended family but had to walk away from both my mothers side and fathers side due to issues with them. Be glad your family is normal.
Thank you Rian, I know I am very fortunate to have extended family that is still in my life. I'm so sorry to hear that you had to walk away from both sides of your family though. I'm sure it was a healthy decision, but it's still sad :(
Its not bad i have many that are family that are not blood for me. An additional brother and two sisters and 5 nephews from that.
