Easter and the resurrection
Hello all my dear friends,
Late last week I found myself giving in to those urges and taking 8 attivan about midnight, with the intention of never waking up. Thursday afternoon found me in the ED Psych unit, and didn't see a Dr. until some time during the day on Friday. The decision was pretty easy, I needed to be admitted and have my meds changed. It didn't hit me about how close we were to Easter when the chaplain was handing out palms on Sunday. I think it was about Wednesday I was informed that we were looking at discharge Friday, which I of course agreed to. Then it hit me that I was being released on Good Friday, the day of Christ's death. This is my rebirth, my resurection, and the start of my new life.
My wish is that all of my friends can experience the resurrection and love of Jesus Christ, the Lord.
This is my Journey of Faith,
Mike

hi Mike::: I\'m really sorry you had to go thru the past week. But so glad that you knew the meds needed to be changed. The meds are wonders but also a mystery sometimes on how they work and relate to each person. I\'m hoping you\'re feeling better and doing better too.
Happy Easter... I hope it\'s a relaxing day for you and yours.
Mike, I am so sorry I am just now seeing this after going to hug you . I pray you are doing well with the med changes. I wish you the very best in your journey of Faith. Big hugs and God Bless~

Thanks sis. I am doing much better. One of my med dosage was increased, and that is helping. I have up and down days. Today I was feeling down and insisted on going to a group guitar lesson at the Creative Wellness Center. Came out feeling much better. Still getting nervous over things, and I KNOW I WILL GET BETTER. Someone from NAMI looked at my Linked In profile, and that gave me positive encouragement.
