Our learning spaces are child-focused, natural, and engaging environments that trigger imagination and engage curious minds. Our $25.00 Enrolment Fee is charged once a year on childcare moorabbin your second use of our service. This is a Camp Australia maintenance fee that allows us to acquire and maintain yours and your child’s records, including but not limited to medical management plans, medical authorisation forms and Child Enrolment Information Sheet. The Child Enrolment Information Sheet is updated annually and reviewed on a minimum termly basis. This fee also covers maintaining your enrolments with Centrelink in order to claim the Child Care Subsidy should you be eligible. By the time our young learners move on to primary school, they are well-prepared, confident, and eager to embrace the next chapter of their educational journey at Oakleigh Grammar. Our modern classrooms are equipped with high-quality, natural educational resources, chosen to complement our curriculum and support your child’s learning journey. Within our classrooms, you will discover smaller spaces designed to make children feel secure and truly at home, including home corners, reading nooks, art studio spaces, floor & table activities and other inspiring play zones.

Through a stimulating play-based program and intentional teaching practices, we aim to equip children with essential skills, deep understanding, positive learning dispositions, social and cultural competence, and emotional wellbeing. Located on Centre Road, our long day care centre provides a convenient stop for families on the way to work. Our beautiful, purpose-built childcare centre also has plenty of onsite car parking for easy drop-offs and pick-ups.
It has a wonderful feel to the place and the staff are amazing, I have always felt they knew my children so well and put the time and effort to get to know the whole family as well. Each week, students participate in formal lessons and complete entries in their Resilience Student Journals. Activities include gratitude posters, mindfulness colouring, and emotion-matching exercises. As a Partnership School, OSPS integrates The Resilience Project’s wellbeing curriculum across the whole school community. OSPS uses Compass Student Management System so parents can receive school information, fill in permission forms, pay for events, fill in absence notes, view academic reports and school communications.
Enrolling your child/ren with Oakleigh Primary School’s OSHC Service has never been easier. Breakfast time provides a great chance for you to share what is important and how your baby’s night at home was.
You can speak with the team about what’s important for your child for the day and what happened the night before at home. The families of Oakleigh East and surrounding suburbs choose our centre because of our inspiring indoor spaces, filled with quality, age-appropriate resources, and our personalised, sector-leading To BE Me learning milestones program. I also believe that a strong partnership with families supports the children’s all-inclusive development. I also strive to create a safe place for families that embraces and respects their cultures and diverse needs. State and territory regulatory authorities visit services to undertake quality assessment and rating, support quality improvement, monitor compliance, and investigate complaints and incidents.
Our daily rates are all inclusive and have no additional charges for incursions / excursions or any of our learning programs. The rates shown are an estimate based on using Childcare Subsidy (CCS) subsidised hours. The CCS helps lower your out-of-pocket costs, with subsidy rates dependant on your individual family eligibility levels.
We also offer Homework Club, where our educators will assist your child with their homework tasks. This is a great support, as they’re free to enjoy the evening at home without the stress of having to complete extra schoolwork. Recurring fees apply when you make a minimum of 2 bookings at the same time and no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the first booking.
Once the enrolment form has been submitted, our friendly Coordinator will contact you to help finalise your child’s enrolment. Learning through play allows children to build their knowledge, develop confidence, and embrace curiosity. Afternoon tea is a time for children to come together in small groups and fosters a sense of belonging. Our team plans more opportunities for play, exploration, creativity and fun with friends, before coming together for afternoon tea, where the team supports their growing independence with opportunities to practice serving themselves. Children come together as a group and slow down to enjoy lunch, made by our in-house cooks, with an opportunity to sleep, rest or relax for children who want or need to.
