Eagles fans have invaded London and are chanting 'E-A-G-L-E-S' everywhere

Philadelphia Eagles fans travel well. They show up at your home stadium in their green jerseys and loudly sing “Fly, Eagles, Fly” until you’re pretty sure you’d rather be deaf than hear it one more time. But would they travel to London to watch their team take on the Jacksonville Jaguars?

Yes. Very much yes.

Eagles fans have swarmed upon London, invading the city and chanting “E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES” at every opportunity.

One fan even stopped in the middle of the famous Abbey Road crosswalk to do the chant.

Team owner Jeff Lurie decided to party at a London pub, and it looked like an extremely good time. (Or at least an extremely Eagles time.)

Would you be shocked to find out that Eagles fans sang “Fly, Eagles, Fly” at this pub? Nope!!

While it seems like Eagles fans came to London just to party and chant and wear their Eagles jerseys, they also showed up in full force for the game. Wembley Stadium is technically a home game for the Jags, but it doesn’t really look or sound like it.

Not even Merrill Reese, the famous voice of the Eagles, could find more than one Jags fan.

Don’t believe him? Listen to the crowd when the Eagles scored their first touchdown of the game, less than a minute before halftime.

That is LOUD. If you closed your eyes, it actually sounds like Lincoln Financial Field. Eagles fans are not quiet, no matter where they go.

On Sunday, the Eagles made fans’ trips across the pond worth it with a 24-18 win.
