Dylasis

 Went to dialysis yesterday and today tired today dialysis makes you tired sometimes makes you weak sometimes I sleep the rest of the day I'm feeling OK today I'm so sad and so depressed but I'm making it through I'm trying to anyway I have a chair I don't let people I'm trying not to let people make me upset I appreciate who reached out to me you know who you are thank you so much and that the people that are in my life and I love you.  This place is really help me in the past so I just need to get my issues out and just Kaina breathe I feel so much better now since I'm talking about things this is my Safetynet this is my safe zone or I can chill on my feelings and thoughts and wishes and dreams thank you for listening today
