Dust Devils
For those who arenae familiar with desert ecology, "Dust Devils" are mini dust storms which ramble the arid landscape on random breezes. They often look like pint-sized tornadoes or cyclones.
I didnae sleep well last night. I kept waking from agitated dreams I couldnae remember well. When I gave up on sleeping around 2:30 a.m., I summarized the general sense of those poorly remembered dreams as, "Dust Devils." I remain clueless on where the summary came from and/or what it means. I amnae worried about the lack of sleep. The fact is, I have been over-sleeping in recent weeks (possibly months) and my current schedule is flexible enough to allow for daytime sleeping.
On the pragmatic end of things, my productivity has remained consistent, with frequent therapy breaks to calm the intrusive thoughts and random anxieties. My approach to the To Do List is far from systematic, but I have been completing the tasks I have started. Many of those tasks can be done at 3 a.m. as easily as they can be done at 3 p.m. A cabinet is dark at any hour.

I have noticed that a few of my sleep dreams that I remember lately have been trying to fix the problems of TV show situations. I have heard that dreams are the mind working to fix things we don't have time to think about during daily busy life. I don't really have a busy daily life any more so I am working on stuff that doesn't really need fixed.

You know who fierce my isolating tendencies are. There is plenty of room on that boat I take down that river in North Africa and I'll take your leg off if you try to set foot on it. . . Reality not welcome in Denial.
reality does suck strong enough to take any boat under. I am off to my busiest 3 hours of the day. dig a little dirt up with me on your mind. I will think of you having fun.
