Durango Adventures And Zipline Tours
Soaring® Tree Top Adventures boasts the largest, highest and safest zipline canopy tour course available, and is the first of its kind and scale in the country. During 2004, Soaring changed from operating exclusively to Tall Timber guests to opening its doors to tourist guests arriving for the day by train. Fear not all you night owls, there is a trip designed with you in mind! Our Night Flight Zipline Adventure gives fliers the opportunity to zoom from one lighted platform to another, under the stars. Tarzan has nothing on us; in fact, we have gone beyond the Ape Man, by providing the safest journey possible.
Drinks, snacks, large cameras, and BACKPACKS ARE NOT ALLOWED on the course. Phones, small cameras are allowed but we highly recommend not taking them for risk of dropping them. If you have an inhaler or Epi-pen, the guide can carry this for you. You can leave all valuables in the cubbies in our office or in your car. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.
From the moment we arrived our kids could barely contain themselves. We had been promising them a zipline ride for quite a while. It was everything we had hoped and everyone had a blast. We wore our ski gear and staying warm was no problem.
When you are booking with us you are booking direct. The first half of the spans ran in over and through the aspen groves and mountain glens. The day was so perfectly timed that we broke at the halfway point for lunch. Soaring employs a team of “sky rangers” who are stationed on the platforms of each span.
34 platforms, over 27 spans ranging from 56 to 1,400 feet and several unique elements to get into and out of the trees make up the zipline course. Our highly trained guides will provide instructions and ensure that you are safely connected before sending you on your way. You will soar from tower to tower on this fast, fun, and exhilarating ride. Even if you are afraid of heights, you will have peace of mind knowing that you are safe as you fly above the treetops.
This tour is perfect if you don’t have much time but still enjoy zip lining. Ziplining is the best vacation activity to get your heart pumping. Zipping through the air is such special way to appreciate Durango’s pristine mountains, alpine meadows and beautiful rivers. Soar like Zipline in Durango a bird above the floor of canyons, rivers, and aspen trees. Enjoy the stunning beauty from a rarely seen viewpoint. You will find Durango adventure and tour providers to be highly trained, personable and dedicated to showing visitors this new safe, eco-friendly outdoor trend.
Qualen orders his men to split up, allowing Gabe to impale Kynette on a stalactite in an underground cavern. Gabe attempts to call for help from Frank, their rescue helicopter pilot, on one of the mercenaries' radios, but Hal alerts him to explosives Qualen has rigged above them on the mountain. Gabe and Jessie escape the falling debris in time. Elsewhere, when Hal sees two friends, Evan and Brett, he warns them away before Qualen orders his men to open fire.
The large majority of the film's scenes were shot in the Dolomites in Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy. For example, the bridge scene was shot on Monte Cristallo in the via ferrata VF Ivano Dibona, which was reconstructed immediately after the movie. In other scenes are the sentiero ferrato Astaldi, over the Rifugio Dibona.
Any person 17 and under will need to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver. Riders must be in good physical condition without medical issues such as heart conditions, pregnancy, extreme fear of heights, recent surgery or injuries, etc. We welcome persons with disabilities but due to the inherent nature of this activity we will assess each person on a case-by-case basis. Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park is one of the most unique amusement parks ever built. Colorado has so many amazingly cool things to do that you've probably never even heard of.
