This has been a hell of a week for our girls on here. There is so much physical pain and mental pain here. I don't know how to help them. My heart is so very heavy.There is much self mutilation and pain. There are so many tears. There is so much mistrust.I feel our girls have to begin trusting someone other that men or boys. They have to find someone to talk to in person. They have to have hotline numbers with them at all times. We have to encourage them to find those numbers.We can't lose any more girls. They are our future! They must get stronger.I can no longer deal with mu own issues as the girls have consumed me and I feel compelled to help them.God, please help each and every one. Give them the strength and power to overcome all that has been dealth. Give them the wisdom to know who to trust. Give them the knowledge to grow stronger with each passing day. God bless the moms on here that give of their time and their power and their energy. We are special women!!! May we impact our children! Amen!!

i agree. but there has to come a time where they want to help themselves too. you can\'t save them, they have to save themselves- all you can do is point them in the right direction and help by giving them resources. if they don\'t use them it\'s not up to you. i\'m sorry it has to work that way. take it easy. your issues are important also. love and hugs, meg
meg is totally right; I\'ve also come to the place where I recognize that they have to want to make positive decisions. None of us have the energy or resources to keep others alive. They have to want it for themselves. Our lives, our emotional health, our own challenges, these are important too. They shouldnt be overshadowed and consumed by other people\'s issues. We support. We encourage. We advice. Our hearts break, and we continue. we have to protect ourselves, and to take the very advice we are giving to others. To stay safe, emotionally for us, physically and emotionally for them. To make decisions that help us, are positive for us, give us a future, whether its a future in real life or a future online sharing compassion. To allow ourselves to be used up will help no one. So take a break when you need it. then come back, and share. much love.
