Dry drunk?

Ok I am two days sober from th is addiction.  This addiction is screaming it's ugly head at me and wanting me to engage in that behavior again.  But that behavior leads to death.  I can stop anaylzing my thoughts but times I feel like I'm literally shaking and this fight for my life will get easier.  This is a fight for my life!!  This is it, this is the turning point.  I must give up all pornography and now!!
