Dreams do come true
I often share with folks the power of dreams. I believe that we should always remember our dreams... we must live in reality but we should always remember our dreams.
The thing with dreams is that while we need to remember them, we shouldn't plan on them ever becoming a reality. By doing so, we get in the way of the dream and make it even harder to ever become real.
One dream of mine since I got sober and picked up a pen and began writing poetry was having some poems turned into song. I never had a plan on how to achieve this but the dream stayed very much alive in my thoughts.
Without plans, this dream recently became a reality, with the creation of a recovery CD, using my poems, entitled '12'
