Dreaming in Spanish

Had a dream with a bunch of Spanish words in it.  It's my New Year resolution(4th year in a row) to learn Spanish.  But I didn't dream in the language because of studying.  I dreamed in the language as a result of my newest guilty pleasure:  I'm binge watching a bunch of telenovelas.  I just love them.  I use English captioning, but I'm hearing the language up to six hours a day.  So far, I haven't done anything dumb like going into the next room and turning up the volume.  I did that one day while watching a silent film.

Dreaming is a wonderful pass time. With dreams all things are possible!

Just curious - why do you want to learn Spanish? I took a class to learn a foreign language and gosh, it isn\'t the easiest thing.

I love languages and illinois has a sizeable spanish speaking population. Add to this the research that suggest decreased dementia in second language speakers. Also I\'m retired.
