Dreaming about games?

I had a strange dream on the evening of 11/23/08.  I dreamed that I plopped down before my gaming console and started playing video games while my wife right there on the couch reading.  I didn't think anything of it; she didn't think anything of it.  I probably played an hour (in dreamtime) before I realized what I was doing.  I freaked out and started feeling so guilty for having given up so casually, so accidentally.  It felt very real.  When I actually woke up, I for a split second thought I had actually done that, because the guilt was so real.  When I started to realize that none of the chronology made sense (how could I have played at the time of day if I was actually doing something else then) and also that I couldn't even recall what game I played, I realized it was only a dream.
