dreams
As I was falling asleep last night I was thinking about Baby Iysabella. I am very attached to her already. When she looks at me I can feel her sweet spirit and can know the essence of who she is already.
Then I was thinking about Eddie. I can still recall feeling his sweet spirit and can still recognize his essence. The feeling I got when I was around him. I can still hear his voice in my head (huge fear of mine that I will lose that ability). And so I cried as I fell asleep which I don't do as often anymore - just ocassionally.
I had a dream about Ed last night. He was behind me and he was hugging me. I could feel him but couldn't see him. Then he was in front of me standing on a incline and as is often in my dreams, he was just out of reach. He began to tell me that there is work in Heaven. But that's all he said. Then he sort of posed in a posture he often took and said, "when you see someone that stands like this its me."
And that was it. I woke up very sad. So tired of being sad...

Boy - can I relate? Just when I thought I was not feeling so sad everyday about my husband passing - whammo - Alex gets sick and 212 days later is gone, too! The grief can be overwhelming at times - but....a glimmer of hope has got to come with a new baby - a new little soul to reach out and touch your heart and make you go all \"gooey\" inside!
Perhaps, Ed\'s legacy from his heart to yours....breathe it in!

The hug behind you sounds like such a supportive one from Ed. Also, the posture that he took... is it one you have noticed lately with others? Just wondering? \"Tired of being sad...\" I know we can all relate to that dear friend. So much going on in your world as late and knowing your granddaughter\'s essence really resonated for me. I truly understand what you are describing. :) Gentle care, Linda, and a \"promise is a promise.\" I\'m holding you to that one. :) With love, Joanie
Linda, I think that dream is meaningful.. I know Eddie was speaking to you...he is busy in Heaven and WHAT a gift for him to tell you about seeing others pose a certain way ...that it would be him.
I am glad you are bonding with the little one. She needs you and you need her. Her essence is a significant part or your healing.....breathe deep. I love ya, dear one.....I am here for you......God and Eddie love you, too!! Dale,. Brandon\'s Mom
Wow. What a wonderful dream!! I haven\'t dreamed about Philip in quite awhile. Sure would love a visit from him! Linda
I miss Nathans essence to. I guess I never thought of it that way. Each of my boys have their own. It\'s nice to think about it like that. Sweet Iysabella, I\'m so glad your here:) Love and hugs:) Danette
so, be on the watch for people\'s posture.. it will be your Eddie saying Hi, I\'m Here !
I was so worried about losing the ability to hear Jenn\'s voice that I taped her phone message. The family probably thought I was crazy but I had to do it.
I too hear Lisa\'s voice - \"Hi Mummy\" was how she greeted me when I called. Cevyn is starting to sound like her mom so I think I will remember it.
Dreams are always happy/sad. Happy because we got to see them but sad in that we wake up to reality.
Take care of yourself and enjoy Baby Iysabella!
Love and hugs,
Marlene
Sounds like a comforting and reassuring dream, though we are always sad to wake up from them. Ed may have stopped by to say he\'s \"got your back\" in caring for sweet Iysabella. So glad you can enjoy both of their sweet spirits!
Sending much love and big hugs ~ Debbie
I am too, sick of feeling sad upon awakening.. This time of year is the worst time for the winter blues. Atleast in the past years of feeling the winter blahs, we could get through it, when the sun was finally warm.... But NOW when winter is over, we still have this sadness that lingers on and on, knowing our SONS will never come home to us...urrrrrr..
It is so nice Linda for you to have your sweet Grandaughter Iysabella to focus on this spring. I\'m so happy for you and Iysabella, what a gift. Love you, Kelly

Linda, I think that was a wonderful dream. Eddie is letting you know he is with you and when you see that pose on someone you will know he is right there! I know you are enjoying baby Iysabella and while it is bittersweet, she will come to know Eddie through you.......Sending you a hug, Love, Kim
It seems like when the stress is through the roof, visitation is also on the rise, for a lot of us. I agree that Eddie is telling you he has your back and I think he\'s reassuring you that even though he is out of physical touch, he\'s still very present in your life. About sweet Iysabella, I think that babies are God\'s refreshment for us! (((HUGS)))
Hold on to your dreams, what a wonderful, but yes, still sad, feeling. I know what you mean.
I long to have dreams of Chris...but nothing. Im amazed...cherish your dreams, I know its painful - the feeling of him being out of reach. A friend of mine lost her brother and she had a dream of him...he was working in heaven. He told her he was very busy and had to finish. Ive prayed and prayed to have a dream of my son, but so far nothing : (
Wow!! cool dream,,, give that baby a hug for me!
What an amazing dream...he is with you everyday and with you and Iysabella...their essence seems familiar....I DO know how dreams of our children are bittersweet...they can stir the emotions so much...I hope that it days that come you can just feel the \"sweet\" of the dream...love and hugs...Karen
