I am not very happy - I don't feel like I am making much progress, everything seems to be a stopping point - I did not make it to group therapy, I didn't feel well and I was scared to go - maybe next time :(  I feel that I am soo full of negative shit in my mind, maybe venting will help!  I am so tired of being home but scared to go out by myself.  On  a positive note I have continued to walk up and down my street daily.
