I saw my psych last Thursday and asked him if everyone  answers "never" to the question if you ever think about suicide on the weekly questionnaire each week. He said yes and must have caught on to what I  was asking. I told him that I think of it as to an alcohol drinker that is sober. It is always there but some days you just have to fight it harder. He seemed pleased with my honesty. I actually have a saying "been there, done that, got smart, moved on". So ok last week was bad, but mothers day turned it around and now things are good. I see him again tomorrow. <3

I have thoughts of suicide every now and then. Have tried it 3 times in my life. I figure it will stay in the back of my mind for the rest of my life and it\'s up to me to keep there and not act on it. It\'s not easy.

Yeah, I have once and I know how easy it would be.

I am a believer in suicide for those who will only suffer if they remain alive any longer! A person on the Facebook DS group is having this problem. I have volutarily committed myself twice to a psych ward for depression and suicidal ideation. I was so sick for so long that, I guess, it was natural, given the hell I have had to live through until now. Life is tough, never easy. However, getting through it \"whole\" is a great reward from which I am now reaping great rewards! Take care, OK. If you need to talk, I am open to this topic as I have helped a few people through the process of self-deliverance personally. Yes, I have been there when they did it! I loved them and I would not let them down. You don\'t let friends down; it\'s the law! LOL! Hugs.
