Dr"s appointment today

I have been having so much stiffness that I can hardly walk especially after I sit for just a little while or when I get up in the middle of the night and in the morning.  My feet just won't bend.  I 've bought every insert on the market.  I think I finally found one that helps.  That's what the pediotrist told me to do.  He said that was just about allI could do and basically just live with it.  I finally gave up and went to my primary doctor today and asked if there was anything better than Celebrex or Meloxicam.  He sent me to the hospital for hip xrays because I limp and my right leg is shorter and has some pain.  Well he gave me a different medication.  But guess how much it costs.  My insurance doesn't cover it.  It's Duexis and it's over $1,700 for a months supply.  I called the drug store and told them not to fill it.  He did give me some samples.  I almost hope it doesn't help so I won't be dissappointed.  He started to give me another med but he thought it would be too expensive and changed it to Duexis.  LOL.  They don't have a clue.  What could possibly make a drug that expensive.  It's an antiflamitory not a cancer drug.  He also did some bloodwork to see if my B12 was low because I have some numbness and some tingling.
