Dr. appt today.

Ok, so my daughter saw her GP today.  Visit went well, I think. She took 5 vials of blood and had a loooong list of stuff they are looking for. The list they have down for stuff they are looking for in her blood looks like my friggin weekly grocery list! Yikes!
It would be grand to tell myself they won't find anything, but with my daughter's predisposition to immune based disorders, I just can't.
On my side of the family we have the HS, Rheumatoid arthritis, and Chrone's, these are just the ones I am aware of. On my husbands side of the family it's ulcerative colitis, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis, that I am aware of. I say "that I am aware of" cause we all know how older folks tend to not talk about their illnesses as much, and tend to remember less about illnesses other family members had, or were reluctant to talk about. And that is what scares me most, is her predisposition. 
I'll know more Wednesday afternoon, or at latest, Thursday afternoon, what the results are. I'm praying for the best, and bracing for the worst, that way I can be somewhat ready if it is something nasty.
 
**doctor did note that her blood pressure was more than she would like it to be. She don't eat a lot of salt, or salt laden foods, and don't drink a whole lot of caffeinated stuff, and this is the first time her blood pressure has been like this, with the exception of when she has been really sick, this is the first time it has been high. Just another facet to this that is driving me crazy.
