Downturn

Just as I thought I thought this breakup through and started to have a better insight in it yesterday, today I take a downturn.
Is this familiar? Yes, it is totally identical to the grief I was going thru.  There are better days and slam! there are worse days.  It swings like a yo yo.
Dear God, why?  Don't you think I have gone through enough of grief drill already?  And do I need to get it perfected??? You have such a humor and wish I have the same humor in combat.  I will remain faithful to You for I know Your plan is always divine and perfect.  Meanwhile, please instill peace in my heart.  But for now, I guess the anti anxiety pill is a quick fix.  Thanks for that.

When you care for someone and they disappoint you and the relationship ends, it\'s very difficult. I\'ve been through that several times in my lifetime. I don\'t intend ever to do that again, I won\'t let anyone get that close. The loss of my child is all I can handle, even the slightest problem that would ordinarily make me angry or just be annoying deepens my grief. We don\'t know what the future holds. Perhaps one day he will realize his error. Until then take care of yourself, keep praying and keep going forward as best you can.

I greatly admire your strength and commitment to God even in your tribulations you have remained steadfastly devoted; if only I had half as much faith as you...
