Down to 175
Well jumped on the scale and holy cow it said 175 .This little trip started at 193 so its going in the right direction .I can see 160 off in the distance but at least I can see it now ,,before it was just a dream .
After all the tests they did on my heart last month I have herd notin back zeroooooo,nadddda .Now is no news good news here. Im thinking yes ..I go for retests in mid march and would love to be at 160 by then . Im gonna make that EKG MACHINE eat dirt . Hope u all have a wonderful day.
